If the spring leaf is too weak or not elastic, the needle lock will lose its function. Secondly, pay attention to the baking varnish. If the baking varnish is too thick or uneven, the needle lock will become larger if the paint layer on the needle lock is too thick. If it cannot enter the stop point of the sprocket, it will lose lock, or the thick paint layer will solidify on the slider on both sides of the cap, the spring sheet is jammed, and the needle lock cannot be forced to lose the lock.
