Troubleshooting of Crusher Machine

The motor of the automatic crusher machine is usually directly connected with the crushing device. The structure of this connection is simple and easy to maintain. However, if the motor and crushing device are not well connected, the electric crusher machine will produce vibration and noise during operation.

If the motor rotor is not concentric with the rotor of the crushing device, the concentricity of the two rotors can be adjusted by moving the position of the motor or placing a cushion under the foot of the machine. 

If there is abnormal vibration and noise in the use of the machine, it may be caused by loose bolts or loose foundation. Therefore, during the installation and maintenance of the machine, the bolts should be tightened, and the damping device should be installed between the foundation and the high speed crusher machine to reduce the vibration.

Bearing is one of the important parts of vertical crusher machine. Overheated bearing will directly affect the normal operation and production efficiency of metal crusher machine. When the machine is running, the operator should pay special attention to the temperature of the bearing and the noise emitted by the bearing. If any abnormal situation is found, it needs to be handled in time. If the heights of the bearing seats are different, the bearings will be subjected to additional impact, which will cause the bearings to overheat. In this case, shut down the machine immediately and eliminate the fault, so as to avoid bearing damage.

Too much, too little lubricating oil and bearing aging are also the main causes of bearing overheating and damage. Therefore, lubricating oil should be added in strict accordance with the instructions. Too much or too little lubricating oil will affect the heat transfer, making the bearing overheated and damaged. 

The clogging of the crushing device is also one of the common faults in the use of the horizontal crusher machine, which may be caused by the design of the machine or the improper operation. 

If the feeding speed is too fast, the load of full-auto crusher machine will be increased and the crushing device will be blocked. In the process of feeding, the operator should pay attention to the parameters on the ammeter at any time. If the current exceeds the rated current of waterproof crusher machine, it means that the machine is in overload state. If the machine works under overload condition for a long time, the motor will be damaged. Therefore, when the efficient crusher machine is in overload state, the feeding amount should be reduced. Due to the high speed and heavy load of crusher machine, its working current should be controlled at about 85% of rated current.
