Before using the low pressure paint spraying machine, pay attention to check whether the grounding protection of the machine is in good condition. Ground wire plays an important role in protecting the safety of equipment and personnel. If the grounding protection is abnormal, the equipment and personnel may be hurt.

Before using the electric paint spraying machine, it is also necessary to check whether the oil pipe of the machine leaks oil and whether the air pipe leaks. If any abnormal situation is found, it should be handled in time. Only when all exceptions have been handled can the machine be turned on. In addition, it is necessary to check the hose and other connection parts of the machine regularly for leakage.

After shutting down the hydraulic paint spraying machine, scrub the paint attached to the inner wall of the spray chamber of the vertical paint spraying machine and the paint attached to the cylinder and hose to avoid hardening of the hose. At the same time, it is also necessary to clean the environment around the multifunctional paint spraying machine. 

Check the oil pollution and residual oil in motor and worm box once a week, add or replace oil if necessary. Normally, oil needs to be replaced every six months. 

Check the sprocket lubrication, chain lubrication and chain tightness once a week. If the chain is loose, you can tighten the chain by adjusting the tensioning wheel. 

Regularly replace the cleaning solvent in the roller brush box and remove stains deposited in the box and on the roller brush. In addition, it is necessary to remove the stains on the conveyor belt of the energy-efficient paint spraying machine regularly.

The spray gun in the pneumatic paint spraying machine also needs to be kept clean, so clean it regularly. The spray gun can be disassembled only when the gun fails and the parts need to be replaced. 

The nozzle is the key part of the spray gun, so protect the nozzle. If the nozzle fails, the spray gun can not work properly. Therefore, after each operation, the nozzle needs to be carefully cleaned. 

If the nozzle is blocked by paint, do not use wire and other metal items to poke the nozzle. The nozzle should be soaked in solvent first, and then the paint can be blown out of the nozzle with compressed air. It should be noted that the metal brush can not be used to clean the nozzle. 

After each use of the horizontal paint spraying machine, the paint on the machine should be cleaned in time, and the remaining paint should be recycled
