The maintenance of crusher machine can be divided into installation maintenance and use maintenance. After the electric crusher machine is installed, it should check whether the installation is qualified to avoid accidents.

The automatic crusher machine shall be installed on the horizontal concrete floor and fixed with anchor bolts. When installing, pay attention to make the vertical crusher machine body vertical to the horizontal ground. After installation, it is necessary to check whether the bolts at all parts of the high speed crusher machine are tightened, and whether the chamber door of the mini crusher machine is tightened. Then, the installation personnel need to configure the power line and control switch according to the equipment structure. After installation, check the machine and let it run for a period of time without load. If there is no abnormal situation, the machine can be put into production. 

The Using Maintenance of Crusher Machine

Before using the hydraulic crusher machine, check whether the outside of the machine is damaged and the information about the machine is complete. 

Before turning on the power and starting the horizontal crusher machine, please confirm whether there is a metal foreign body in the machine chamber to prevent the blade of the multifunctional crusher machine from being damaged. Then, the operator needs to manually rotate the rotor of the crusher machine more than one lap to completely remove the foreign body in the chamber. Do not touch the blade with your hands to avoid injury. The machine can be started after ensuring that the rotor of the crusher machine is in correct rotation direction. It should be noted that the crusher machine should not reverse its rotor during operation, otherwise serious equipment accidents such as blade damage will occur.

The blade of the crusher machine will be worn after long-term use. And different materials will cause the blade to be worn at different speeds. If the blade is seriously worn, it is necessary to replace the blade in time. The rotary knife of the low pressure crusher machine must be fastened, while the fixed knife only needs to be slightly fastened. 

After the crusher machine runs for 500 hours, the operator needs to check the main bearing of the machine. If necessary, clean the main bearing and add proper amount of grease or replace all grease. 

Because the working load of the crusher machine is heavy, the operator needs to check the tightness of the belt regularly to ensure that the machine can run normally. 

Bearing bears the full load of the machine, so good lubrication has a great relationship to bearing life. The quality of the bearing directly affects the service life and running rate of the machine. It should be noted that too much or too little lubricating oil will affect the bearing life. Too much lubricating oil will lead to poor heat dissipation of the bearing, making the bearing overheating and more easily damaged. And too little lubricating oil can cause the bearing to be damaged by excessive wear.
