Large crusher machine is mainly used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, mineral, highway construction, water conservancy and hydropower, refractory, steel and other industries. Small crusher machine is mainly used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, green, sanitation, and other industries.

Method of Use of Crusher Machine

After receiving the high speed crusher machine, the package should be opened first and the machine should be checked for damage during transportation. If any part of the machine is damaged, contact the manufacturer in time. If the machine is not damaged, it is necessary to install the motor and auxiliary control device, and then connect the pipes of the machine. Each pipe needs to be assembled on the machine by flange and sealed with liquid sealant. At the same time, the machine and the flanges need to be connected by the wire to the ground to form a grounding circuit to avoid dust explosion caused by electrostatic sparks.

Before starting the machine, you must check whether there are metal items inside the machine. If so, you need to take them out immediately to avoid accidents during operation. Then check whether the bolts of the machine are firm and whether the tightness of the belt is suitable. In addition, it is necessary to check whether the protective cover of the machine is reliable. 

After starting the machine, first let the machine run for 2 to 3 minutes with no load, and check whether the rotation direction of the rotor is correct and whether the machine makes noise. If there is no abnormality and the machine can run smoothly at rated speed, the raw materials can be put into the machine. 

Always pay attention to the operation of the waterproof crusher machine, do not let the machine overload for a long time. If the machine is found to have vibration, noise, high temperature of bearing and machine, shut down the machine immediately and check, and continue to use the machine after troubleshooting. 

When the machine is running, the operator shall not leave the machine or observe the crushing room while the machine is running. Operators shall not wear gloves when using the portable crusher machine. And when the machine is blocked, do not put your hand into the machine. When feeding, the operator should stand on the side of the machine to avoid debris flying out of the machine to cause injury to the personnel.

Don't shut down the machine immediately after the work, but let it run for two minutes without load, so as to discharge all the raw materials inside the machine.
