Production Process of Finished Invisible Zipper

Invisible zipper is a kind of special zipper composed of chain teeth, zipper puller, stopper and zipper slider. Among them, the chain teeth are the key part of the invisible zipper, which directly determines the strength of the zipper. Generally, invisible zippers have two chains, each chain has a row of teeth, and the two rows of teeth are staggered. Invisible zipper is mainly used in down jacket, jeans, leather clothing, high-grade jacket, cold proof clothing, etc. Compared with nylon zipper and resin zipper, it is stronger and more expensive, mostly used in jeans, coats and backpacks.

The Process of Making Finished Invisible Zipper

The production process of the finished invisible zipper can be divided into gapping, melting bottom stop, procedure gapping and bottom stop together, procedure slider mounting, procedure ultrasonic top stop fixing and procedure cutting. 

Gapping

In this step, a fully automatic invisible zipper making machine is required to drill holes. This zipper puller making machinery adopts double side hooked needle locating, so the user does not need to clean the half teeth on both sides of the zipper. The machine is equipped with a touch screen, which makes it easier for users to control the machine. Users can freely adjust the drilling speed and length of the holes. The nylon zipper tape making machine is driven by servo motor, and uses hooked needle to drill holes, so that users can better control the drilling accuracy. 

Melting Bottom Stop

The invisible zipper making machine can use ultrasonic wave to melt the bottom stop of the zipper. The melted bottom stop looks more smooth. The waterproof zipper making machine has the advantages of simple construction, convenient operation, high working efficiency and fast production speed. The frequency of ultrasonic wave is generally 18 kHz. 

For Gapping and Melting Bottom Stop Together

In general, the above two steps need to be done using two separate machines. But if you have a fully automatic automatic invisible zipper making machine, you can complete the above two steps on one automatic zipper making machine. 

Maintenance and Use of Invisible Zipper

It should be noted that incorrect use of the invisible zipper may cause it to be damaged. When opening and closing the invisible zipper, do not use too much force, otherwise it will cause the zipper to break. Invisible zippers can be generally divided into three grades: A, B and C. The invisible zipper of A grade is the best and the quality of C grade is the worst. The size of the invisible plastic zipper is generally distinguished by numbers, and the larger the number, the larger the product size. Because the zipper chain teeth of the invisible zipper are dyed by electroplating process, if not properly preserved, the teeth will turn black and the fabric on both sides of the zipper will also turn black. Since the chain teeth are easily oxidized, place the invisible nylon zipper in a ventilated place. It can not be placed in a place with high humidity, and it can not be sealed.
