Injection System

Electric Control System

The main function of the electrical control system is to facilitate the operator to better control the whole automatic zipper head making machine. The operator can control the pressure, temperature, time and other parameters of the waterproof zipper making machine through the electrical control system. Electrical control system is generally composed of electrical appliances, electronic components, heaters, sensors, etc. In addition, it is equipped with four operation modes, namely manual operation, semi-automatic operation, full-automatic operation and adjustment.

Heating and Cooling System

The heating system is used to heat the barrel and injection nozzle. Generally, the electric heating coil is used for heating, and the electric heating coil is installed outside the barrel. Heat quantity can be transmitted through the wall of the barrel to the inside of the barrel, thus melting the plastic. The main function of cooling system is to reduce oil temperature. The main function of the cooling system is to reduce the oil temperature. If the oil temperature is too high, the plastic zipper bag making machine will have many faults, so the oil temperature must be controlled within a certain range.

Monitoring System

The monitoring system can detect the oil temperature and material temperature of box type zipper pouch making machine. It can send out the alarm in time when the system is overloaded or the plastic zipper slider making machine fails to remind the operator.

Safety System

The function of the safety system of automatic zipper tape making machine is to protect the safety of operators and the automatic zipper manufacturing machine itself. It is composed of safety door, hydraulic valve, limit switch, photoelectric monitoring device, etc.
