What Are The Main Classifications of The Crusher Machine?

Crusher machine is a widely used machine in construction, mineral, food and other industries. The crusher machine can be divided into four categories: mechanical crusher machine, pneumatic crusher machine and low temperature crusher machine. 

Mechanical Crusher Machine

Mechanical crusher is a kind of machinery which mainly uses mechanical means to crush materials. It can be divided into tooth crusher machine, hammer crusher machine, knife crusher machine, turbo crusher machine, pressure grinding machine and milling crusher machine.

The core parts of the tooth crusher machine are fixed tooth plate and rotating tooth plate. The rotation of the rotating tooth plate can crush the material.

The hammer crusher machine can hammer the material to crush the material. The operator needs to fix the material to the workbench, and then the machine can automatically crush the material.

The knife crusher machine is equipped with some blades that can rotate at high speed and can cut the material into small pieces. Knife crusher machine can be divided into: multi-stage knife crusher machine, multi-stage inclined-knife crusher machine, combined vertical-knife crusher machine and vertical type side-knife crusher machine. 

The turbo crusher machine is equipped with a high-speed rotating turbine blade and a fixed gear ring, which rotates to crush the material into small pieces.

Pressure grinding machine is a machine that uses various grinding wheels to grind materials into small particles. It is widely used in pharmaceutical and food industries. 

Pneumatic Crusher Machine

The pneumatic crusher machine, cyclone separator, dust collector and induced draft fan constitute a complete set of crushing system. After being filtered and dried, compressed air is injected into the crushing chamber at high speed through the nozzle. At the intersection of multiple high-pressure air streams, the materials are repeatedly collided, rubbed and sheared and crushed. Under the action of the fan, the crushed material moves to the classification area with the rising air flow. Under the strong centrifugal force produced by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, different size material particles will be separated. The fine particles that meet the requirements enter the cyclone separator and dust collector through the grading wheel and are finally collected, and the coarse particles will reenter the crushing chamber and be crushed again.

Low Temperature Crusher Machine

The low temperature crusher machine is composed of feed bin, mechanical crusher, induced draft fan, cyclone, vibrating screen, liquid nitrogen tank, etc. The low temperature crusher machine system uses liquid nitrogen as the cold source, so the material will become brittle at low temperature and become easier to be crushed. The brittle material will enter the chamber of the mechanical crusher. In the chamber, the material will collide, shear and friction with the high-speed rotating impeller, blade, gear plate and other parts, and finally be crushed into small pieces. The crushed material will pass through the vibrating screen and then be collected, while the material particles that do not meet the requirements will continue to repeat the above process. The low temperature crusher machine system is suitable for all kinds of materials which can not be crushed at room temperature, and is widely used in various chemical, petrochemical, mechanical, ship, automobile and other industries.
