The preformed wire is first cut into small chips, and then the chips are forged into concave and protrusion. Finally, the machine bends both legs of the chips to clamp the zipper tapes. The results show that this manufacturing method can increase the material utilization rate to more than 98%. In addition, this method also has higher production efficiency and can improve the appearance of zipper chain.
