What Are The Structures of The Injection Machine?

Injection machine is a kind of equipment that uses the mold to make thermoplastic into various shapes. Die cast injection machine is usually composed of injection system, clamping system, hydraulic transmission system, electrical control system, lubrication system, heating and cooling system, safety and monitoring system, etc. Each system has different functions. In zipper industry, 3500 gm die cast injection machine is an important equipment in zipper manufacturing process.

Injection System

Injection system is one of the most important parts of injection machine. At present, the screw injection system is widely used. The function of the injection system is to heat and plasticize a certain amount of thermoplastic within a specified time and inject them into the mold cavity. At the end of the injection, the plastic injected into the mold cavity is kept in shape. The screw injection system is mainly composed of feeding device, barrel, screw, glue passing component and nozzle.

Clamping System

The function of the clamping system is to ensure that the mold is closed. After the mold is closed, the clamping system will give the mold enough force to resist the pressure in the mold. Before the product is finalized, if the mold is opened by internal pressure, the product will be damaged. 

The clamping system of aluminium die casting injection machine is mainly composed of clamping device, cutter, mold adjusting mechanism, ejection mechanism, front and rear fixed mold plate, mobile mold plate, mold closing cylinder and safety protection mechanism. 

Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system can provide the power needed in the production process for the manual injection machine, so that the pressure, speed and temperature required by each part of the stainless steel injection machine can meet the requirements. The hydraulic system is mainly composed of hydraulic components and auxiliary components. The oil pump and motor are the power sources of the vertical injection machine.

Electrical Control System

The electrical control system can be used to control the operation of each system of door handle injection machine and to provide power to each system. The electrical control system is mainly composed of electrical appliances, electronic components, instruments, heaters, sensors, etc. There are generally four control modes, manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic and adjustment. 

Heating and Cooling System

The heating system is used to heat the barrel and injection nozzle. The barrel of the 180 ton injection machine generally uses the electric heating ring as the heating device, and the electric heating ring is installed outside the barrel. Cooling system is mainly used to reduce the oil temperature, too high oil temperature will cause a variety of failures.

Lubrication System

Lubrication system is a system that provides lubrication for the moving parts of auto injection machine, such as moving mold plate, adjusting device, connecting rod hinge and so on. The lubrication system can reduce the energy consumption of hot chamber injection machine and prolong its life.

Safety and Monitoring System

The function of safety system is to protect the safety of operators and injection machine. It is mainly composed of safety door, safety baffle, hydraulic valve, limit switch, photoelectric detection element and so on.

The function of the monitoring system is to monitor the oil temperature, raw material temperature, system power and equipment failure of the injection machine, and timely indicate or alarm when abnormal conditions are found.
