Types of Injection Machines

Vertical Injection Machine

The injection device and the clamping device of the vertical injection machine are in the same vertical center line, and the mold is opened and closed along the up and down direction. Its floor area is only half of that of horizontal injection machine. 

The mold is supported by a horizontal mold plate, so the vertical injection machine does not tilt forward like the horizontal injection machine. If the injection machine is tilted forward, the mold plate can not be opened or closed normally. Therefore, the accuracy of vertical injection machine is higher than that of horizontal injection machine. The mold of vertical injection machine has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and easy installation and disassembly. In addition, due to the lower center of the vertical zinc die casting machine, its seismic performance is better than that of the horizontal injection machine.

Horizontal Injection Machine

The horizontal automatic injection machine has a low body, so it can be installed in a lower height plant. Because of its low body, it is convenient to feed and repair. A crane is needed to install the mold of horizontal injection machine.

Angle Injection Machine

The axis of the injection screw of the angle injection machine is perpendicular to the moving axis of the mold plate of the clamping mechanism. Because the injection direction and mold parting surface are in the same plane, the angle injection machine is suitable for processing products with asymmetric geometry.

Double Coloured Injection Machine

This kind of injection machine can process plastic products with two colors at one time, which can meet the requirements of consumers for product appearance.

Multi Station Injection Molding Machine

The injection device and clamping device of this type of injection machine have two or more stations, and the operator can arrange the stations of the injection device and the clamping device at will. 

All-electric Injection Machine

All-electric injection machine can not only meet the needs of special purpose, but also has more advantages than ordinary injection machine. Another advantage of all-electric injection machine is that it can reduce the noise, which not only benefits the workers, but also reduces the cost of sound insulation in the workshop.
