The quality of our products are strictly controlled from the very beginning. For plastics zippers, finished zipper are made after the zipper mold is manufactured. So the quality of the mold is extremely important and we normally use S136, NK80, and 718H to make zipper mold.

When problems occur on site, our professional workers who is familir with the production process will try their best to solve the problem with the help of guidance document.

The first inspection is conducted once every two hours and 13 items at a time after the first batch of good are made. Each time inspection should include at least 3 different products. If any defected products are detected, the production process stops immediately.

In-plant QC inspection: our workshop director is responsible for the quality of the products. Form prodcuction to packaging, the quality of the good is check once a day.

Before delivery, the company QC team cross-checks the goods, and the following documents are required: copy of the original item list + packaging details and design chart + inspection report + historical problem list. Only when the goods inspection report is submitted, can the goods be shipped. If the customer has special requirements such as third-party inspection, we will actively cooperate.
